DEI Committees: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

Achieving Diversity Equity and Inclusiveness in the workplace has become a fundamental part of fulfilling the mission and goals of any organization. One initiative that has been around for years is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. When the DEI Committee members are operating at their peak performance, these high functioning teams can influence and change outdated policies, recruitment strategies, workplace morale and provide a framework to enhance the organization’s competitive advantage. But are DEI Committees successful at making long term change? The research says many are falling short. This interactive webinar will focus on:

 What is missing in most DEI Committees that could be derailing long term progress

 How to develop “focused” action statements that delves deeper than traditional minority recruitment and retention strategies

 How to move beyond “diversity training" to long term education

 3 crucial tips every DEI Committee members needs to add into their framework

 A new approach to select committee members that recruits for a combination of talent and interest

So, if you have a new DEI Committee, trying to get the gang back together or secretly wondering if long term DEI standing committee is still effective, this webinar is for you!
