Research and Responsibility Narratives play a crucial part in the Smathers Libraries tenure and promotion process. Narratives let you “make your case” in your own words, and those words matter. Our panel will address their experiences crafting their narratives for both tenure packets and mid-career reviews. An excellent opportunity for anyone heading towards a mid-career review or T&P.
